Internal Root of Survival

Good morning, deep within others we will not find ourselves. Deep within ourselves, we will find no one. We mask life with anger, arguments and emotions. Externally the underlying root is not seen but internally it is eating us alive. Our coping methods become weapons of mass destruction. The money, sex, drugs, etc. We believe this gives us power but we are just puppets on a string. We are the weakest link and our environment doesn’t help. We are condemned by our actions because of unforeseen circumstances. Products of history never overturned or a new wave of chaos. The past cannot rectify the future but the future has the antidote for the past. Encourage help to survive. Many will judge and criticize when they have not walked your path. They say things they don’t know. We fear what we are not accustomed to, so blame not but let go. Many have survived our same path whether healed or not they survived. We can too. Support is not easily found from our surroundings because the world can be so fake. There’s an open arm that is not seen from the surface but it’s there. Sometimes not even the arm knows that it’s there. It may seem shaky at first but it was open for a reason and is still there. The experience is not ours alone. The unknown feeling that is impossible to ignore is not crazy. Don’t fight the inevitable giving up before we try. Don’t lose your mind the medicine for our sickness will reveal in the maturity of time. Hold on tight the ride is just beginning. We can survive as we scream for help. Someone is listening....
