It's Called Life

Good morning, we do what we have to do to make it through this thing we call life. We try to find balance within ourselves to fight through the hard times and survive the pain. Striving to run against the pouring rain as the madness fills your brain. Internally dying with a smile on your face. The weight on your shoulders is more than one can bare but struggling to find someone true to share the load. Giving up what seems a lifetime to be taken for granted. Good intentions are all we ever have and as soon as we feel secure the painted smile on our faces becomes sad. We are left lonely and confused. So the struggle continues with a guard of armor so no one can get in the way of the antidote you have created to subside the heartache and pain. Continuous mistakes on a road trying to find the strength within to pull yourself above the water before you drown. We have to become our own superheroes putting an “S” on our chest and break free from the walls of the world. We are scared to let go as we slip deeper and deeper inside ourselves but all our hustles are for nothing. The power we create through our struggles and pain can be a force to defend your mind against this cold world of deception and lies. Don’t let this world turn you into stone. Life is cheap and bittersweet but life’s too short to waste one day. We all want to see the light before we die. The risk we have to take is granting our freedom to fall. You’re at the edge, what are you going to do?

Animal of Human Intelligence

Good morning, have you ever watched a spider in person as it kills its prey? After the spider is done it throws the corpse away as if it never existed. In some way all of us as creatures possess some of the same traits. We prey on each other as if we are not of the same kind. We get what we need and throw each other away as if we have no existence. There are some species that play with their food before they eat it and dispose of the remainder. The human species is supposed to be on the top of the chain being the least animalistic and the most intelligent. We are more animal than we seem to realize. We may have more animalistic traits combined than any other species on earth. We demonstrate such animalistic actions towards each other as if we have no intelligence or common sense. We eat each other up and spit each other out as if it’s nothing and no repercussion. We bring forth pain and suffering as if we have no feelings what so ever. We are such intelligent creatures that we bring misery instead of joy. We are selfish and just want to conquer as if we were living in a jungle instead of a civilized society. Our growth as humans seems to be tracked backwards to the ice age. We are cold as ice and not very nice. We use and abuse each other without a pulse. Are we even alive? Do we really care? Or are we just barbaric animalistic creatures that are terrorizing a city? Maybe if we considered the common sense we are supposed to possess we may be able to find the intelligence for us to live amongst each other in a civilized society. Until then we will run amuck as the animals we are destroying each other without a single beat from our heart.
