Schizophrenia's Cause and Effect

Good morning, life is cause and effect. We ignore how we cause an effect that may not be pleasing to our own eyes but we created it. We are not willing to take responsibility for our own actions. We do not set boundaries but have so many expectations. We live in a shallow world where random thoughts effect our actions. Superficial as it may seem the whispers of the world become our rule book and define our morals and values. We have lost the old school morals and values because the whispers have become heard voices that we cannot ignore. We are controlled no matter how free we try to depict. We are not as hard as we think that we can do what we want no matter what is voiced. But the saying says, “Go hard or go home.” Guess a lot of us need to go home because we can’t bring it like we say. We let the outside world control our every move and depict what we are in life. We are who we make ourselves. Our actions create cause and effect. We define our own destiny. There is responsibility in every action we take that causes an effect regardless of our intent. If we can’t take it then we shouldn’t start something we cannot finish. We fail to see we cannot take on someone else’s responsibility. Remember we share one common ground. We are all intertwined in one way or another and paths will cross through cause and effect. Watch the lines you cross, we cannot expect without return. But we are so afraid of taking chances that we only guard ourselves disregarded the effect we cause. Confused? Of course because we are so entangled we cannot see how much creative power we have until it’s all said and done. The doctor’s diagnosis is schizophrenia. We will never admit to it because we believe we are so sane. We can quickly point the finger to say someone else is unstable and crazy but how did we play a part of this reaction? We don’t believe we’ve played any part. We label when we are unable to control the situation in front of us. We lose out when we allow the voices in our head control us. Perphenazine may need to be our drug of choice to control our illness. Realizing and taking responsibility of our own cause and effect will set us in a better place to actually, “Go Hard” and tell the voices to “Go Home”.
