Freedom Cliche
Good morning, walking on eggshells has become common today. We are so afraid of rejection from the outside world that we wear a cloak of disguise. It’s rare to find a place where we feel ourselves. Sometimes we think we have found it and it is ripped from us because of the surrounding self-conscious. We become distant to the ones we were once close in protection not to lose what we feel comfortable with but in return we have lost ourselves. We have become uncomfortable with our own nature because of the rejection received. Instead of re-evaluating ourselves sometimes we need to re-evaluate our surroundings. Just because it feels good doesn’t mean it’s good for us. We need to gain more confidence within ourselves to be comfortable with whom we are no matter who we are around. Facing the facts that not everyone will like you for being you but will respect you for not changing to fit in, is the antidote to rejection. You can have millions surround you but only ten may be true friends. Everyone has an ulterior motive as they smile in your face. To be able to see the motive and call it out is to display self assurance and awakening. Choose your friends wisely and your enemies even wiser. For they both play a very important part of life. Rejection should not be a negative but a positive notion that you are raising the stakes for the world around you. Never block yourself from being who you are just not to be rejected. Raise the bar and dare to be different. Free yourself of the societal clichés and choose to accept you.
